Bji
Bjee Gewog is one of the largest among the six Gewogs under Haa Dzongkha with a total population of 3230 (male-1468 and female 1762). The geog has a total of 23 villages with 278 households with a total of five chiwogs (Taloong, Yangthang,Chumpa,Gyensa and Chempa).
Eusu
Eusu Gewog centre is located 5 kms away from the Dzongkhag head quarter at an altitude of 2521-4076 meters above sea level with an area of 66.459 sq.kms. The Gewog shares boarder with Paro Dzongkhag in the East, Bji Gewog in the west, Katsho Gewog in the north and Samar Gewog in the south.
Gakiling
Gakiling Gewog is one of the five gewogs of Haa Dzongkhag, located in western Bhutan. It lies in the southern part of the Haa Valley, close to the Bhutan–India border, and is known for its scenic landscapes, traditional villages, and strong agricultural base.
Katsho
Located at an altitude ranging from 2850 to 3100 meters above sea level and with an area of 42.8 square meters, Katsho Gewog is the smallest of the six gewogs in Haa Dzongkhag which caters to 250 households and a population of 1385.
Samar
Samar Gewog has 5 chiwogs with 359 households and population of 2500. The Gewog has total area of 361.7 sq. Km with altitude ranging from 2000masl to 3200masl. The Gewog is bordered by Naja Gewog of Paro in the east, Gakiling in south, Bji in the west and Eusu in the north.
Sombaykha
Sombaykha Gewog is one of the most remote and culturally rich gewogs (administrative blocks) in Haa Dzongkhag, western Bhutan. Nestled along the Bhutan–China border, it is known for its dramatic high-altitude landscapes, deep-rooted traditions, and strong community life shaped by centuries of pastoral living.
