The trek starts at Mochu, 20 km upstream from Sangbaykha Dungkhag. The journey commences with a visit to a temple that is highly significant, housing 1,000 statues of Guru Rinpoche. As you work through thick forests interspersed with groves of bamboo, open glades, vast grazing lands and harrowingly narrow paths, you will find an enchanting lake of Jo Beytsho. Along the way, a campsite serves as accommodation.
